Exchange Policy

We are offering a 2-day exchange policy for damaged products, mismatched products, quality mismatch, wrong items, missing quantity, etc.
(In short, if the mistake is from our side in any condition, we are responsible for it.)

The exchange policy is available for 2 days after receiving the product.

In exchange, you can buy any product from our website.

For exchanges, our courier partner will come to your home to pick up the parcel and deliver the new product.

If you receive a defective product from our side, to claim an exchange you must send a pre-opening video within 24 hours.
If you are not able to provide a pre-opening video of the wrong product/parcel, we will not be able to approve your claim for the wrong product.

You have to agree to our exchange policy before purchasing any product from our store.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
