Conditions for Replacement

A replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

·       You received a wrong product (wrong size, color, or design).

·       You received a damaged or defective product.

·       You received an incomplete order (missing items).

Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement:

·       You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

·       You must share your order ID and clear photos/video of:

o   The product,

o   The packaging,

o   The issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).

·       The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging.
